My name is Jonathan Tucker, N8MDP. I have been a Ham operator for over 20 years, currently holding an Extra Class license. I like to work DX on 20 meters, SSTV, DSSTV, RTTY, and PSK31. I am currently a Senior Marketing Manager for Keithley Instruments in Cleveland, Ohio with over 25 years of industrial experience with test measurement equipment in technical support, product marketing, and business development. With my current employer, I have held many positions including Test Engineer, Applications Engineer, Applications Manager, Product Marketer, and Senior Marketer. I am a creative, results-centric employee with a proven track record of performance. Motivated and agile team leader with strong multi-national experience and connections.

Professional Activities and Accomplishments include:

-> Senior Member of IEEE

-> 2008-2011 IEEE Nanotechnology Council Standards Committee Chairman and IEEE Liaison to the ISO TC229 technical committee for standardization of nanotechnologies.

=> Co-Chair of the IEEE Nanoelectronics Standards Roadmap initiative. Co-authored the 2006 release of IEEE 1650TM-2005, IEEE Standard Test Methods for Measurement of Electrical Properties of Carbon Nanotubes, the world’s first nanotechnology electrical measurement standard.

-> Board of Advisors for the Cleveland Nano-Network.

-> Received the 2007 NSTI Fellow Award for outstanding contributions towards the advancement of the international NSTI Nanotechnology, Microtechnology, and Biotechnology Community.
